Responsibilities:

● Respond to incoming messages in online chats in a timely and professional manner
● Maintain active and friendly communication with users
●Follow communication guidelines and prepared scripts
● Build and maintain long-term engagement with users
● Forward complex requests to the relevant team if needed
● Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

● Confident written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
● Ability to work with chat platforms and messaging tools
● Basic computer skills and stable internet connection
● Responsibility, attentiveness, and stress resistance
● Ability to work independently and follow instructions
● Previous experience in chat support or online communication is a plus, but not required
